
Summers at SHA is an engaging enrichment program for girls entering grades 5–8, designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and celebrate every interest.
From theater and dance to baking with SHA alumnae, faith and wellness workshops, meaningful reflection, and hands-on creative sessions – each offering invites girls to explore something new in a supportive all-girls environment rooted in the Sacred Heart tradition.

Week 1: June 15 - 18
Option 1: The Excelsior Experience.
Whether she loves experimenting in the lab, getting lost in a graphic novel, solving brain-bending math challenges, or creating something beautiful with her hands -- The Excelsior Experience is a place to explore, discover, and shine.

Step into the spotlight during this immersive week of theater led by award-winning SHA Theater Director MaryLee Delaney. Designed for girls who love to perform — or are ready to build the confidence to try — this dynamic session explores acting, character development, stage presence, and ensemble collaboration.

Week 2: June 22 - 26
Option 1: SHA Dance Experience
Move, express, and shine during this exciting week of dance led by SHA alumna Michelle Natalino Bonavena ’00, owner of Studio BE Performing Arts. Designed for girls of all experience levels, this high-energy session builds confidence, coordination, and creativity through dynamic choreography and movement exploration.

Option 2: StrongBonds Experience
This special session brings together movement, prayer, creativity, and tradition in a week designed to nourish both body and spirit. Girls will strengthen and energize through Faith & Fitness, build confidence in the kitchen during Cooking with SHA Nonnas, and slow down for meaningful moments of stillness and gratitude in reflection.
It’s a week filled with warmth, connection, and heart — where girls grow stronger, more confident, and inspired to shine.
Week 3: June 29 - July 2
SHA Theater Experience (Round 2)
Step into the spotlight during this immersive week of theater led by award-winning SHA Theater Director MaryLee Delaney. Designed for girls who love to perform — or are ready to build the confidence to try — this dynamic session explores acting, character development, stage presence, and ensemble collaboration.
Round 2 of the Theater Experience will be themed differently than the first theater session, so students are welcome to register for both!
