About the Auction
The auction has been Sacred Heart Academy's signature event since it began in 1991 as an annual fundraiser to make premier Catholic education affordable and attainable for all deserving young women. The auction always boasts a memorable evening with stunning staging, gourmet cuisine, and fine beverages. Guests have the opportunity to bid on and win an astonishing assortment of prizes, gifts, and must-haves of the year in the live and silent auction.
We are most grateful to all of the alumnae, parents, faculty, and friends who journeyed to Emerald City with us for our 2019 Annual Auction & Dinner. A special thank you to chairs Frank and Donna Sandillo P’20 for their spirit and vision, to auctioneer Eric Hummel for channeling Oz, our master of ceremonies Ray Andrewsen, our guest speaker Elizabeth Telfort ‘15, and Justine Junga ‘20 for sharing her musical talents! It was truly an unforgettable night, made possible by the dedication of countless volunteers and a shared love for Sacred Heart Academy! Thank you!
It is our vision this year to build a super committee to conceptualize and execute another successful evening. We invite everyone to lead or serve on a committee, as we couldn’t do this without you. The Auction boasts over 100 volunteers that work from October through March and is the perfect way to get involved at SHA!
Our first Auction Planning Meeting will be Monday, November 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. We hope to see you there!
