The range of events offered to SHA alumnae is as diverse as the women that have graduated from the Academy. Events and activities encompass the many interests, skills and talents of the women in our community. As alumnae become more active and connected through the tools of technology, their interests may spark ideas for new events and the opportunity for new traditions to be made! Check back regularly!
One of the most significant events for any SHA graduate is the Reunion. Reuniting within the same walls where friendships were formed and lessons were learned relights an inexplicable joy in the hearts of many that spent their high school days at the Academy.
For those seeking spiritual reflection and renewal, there is the Chapel Bells Memorial Liturgy and the Ladies’ Day of Reflection at Sacred Heart on the Lake.
For alumnae with young children, there is the Children’s Easter Party.
For alumnae that appreciate the tradition and legacy of SHA, there is the opportunity to take part in the Afternoon at the Musical and the Christmas Stocking drive each year.
Events like Career Day and the Young Alumnae Homecoming allow SHA graduates to interact with the current student body as well as other SHA alumnae as they return to the school to represent a myriad of colleges, careers and professions, willing to share advice and expertise with their younger SHA sisters.
There’s always something new going on, so be sure to check out the events and committees that represent the legacy and promise of the SHA alumnae community.
