Sacred Heart Academy uses an online Admissions Application. You will need to create a username and password to access the online application. Any words or series of numbers may be used as your username. You may work on your application and save it in sections. Your information is transmitted through a secure server and kept confidential until you submit your completed application. Only after your application is submitted does it become available for review by Sacred Heart Academy's Admissions Committee.

When you have completed your application and are ready to submit it, the application fee of $60.00 may be paid via credit card online, or a check/money order may be mailed to the Admissions Office.  Applications are not processed until the fee is paid.  Once payment is received, you are automatically registered for the Entrance Exam. An Entrance Exam is always held on a Saturday at the beginning of November. This year, an entrance exam will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014. You will also receive a postcard in the mail confirming that we received your online application with fee and reminding you of the Entrance Exam date. Your in-progress application account will be kept active for one year following your last date of access.  After this period of time, your username and password will remain valid but your application information will be removed.
